RentersQ, Online Rental History Reporting Web site for Sale?

We’re selling the site; RentersQ (www.rentersq.com), a fully functional web site, launched in May 2007, and currently has 570+ registered users.

Technology

The site has several cool tools, including the patent pending, transferred to your ownership with the site, its current source codes, MySQL database, and the domain names.

The site was developed using .PHP, SQL, AJAX, and the MySQL database. The site is fully automated, and needs little technical maintenance. AJAX makes it easy to update any part of site section, without having to change the whole site page.

Self-service Ad Server

The site also has its own automated self-service ad server, like that of Zillow.com and Facebook. And perhaps with time, the future owner may not have to use an outside ad server. The current ads on the site are provided by Google AdSense.

Consulting

As a founder and developer of RentersQ, I’m personally willing to stay for up to a year or longer, if needed, as a consultant, to help with whatever is needed to help grow the site. I will also help to redesign the entire site plus the two tools; For Rent, and Rental Market Rate Valuation, which need to be redeveloped.

For additional $4,500, my team will redesign the current site and launch a new entire site for you to suit the Web 2.0 format, including the two tools mentioned above. When it’s done, its core product, RentersQ Record, the rental history reporting platform, will be even better, and the rest of the site tools such as For Rent, etc., will function similar to Trulia.

Site Marketing

The site has had little marketing and or advertised anywhere, most all of the current registered users and an average of 1,200+ unique visitors are organically search engines directed.

Reason for Selling

The reason why we are selling RentersQ is because we are going to launch our new site projects, Welated.com, in about two weeks, followed by Zemuse.com in a month, and Wrisen.com in two weeks, and we won’t have the time needed to fully focus on RentersQ.

Reservation

We’ll reserve the option to buy RentersQ back within 3 years.

Site Ownership Transfer

The site and its entire content, can be transferred to your ownership, will need to have your own hosting, within 48 hours. The 2+ domains will also be transferred to your ownership within that time period.

Patent Pending Ownership

The pending patent application, as seen at US Patent and Trademark Office at this link; http://tinyurl.com/def4e8, will be transferred to your ownership as soon as your patent lawyer can file to do it.

$2 Million Unsolicited Offer to Buy RentersQ.com

Today, we have received an unsolicited offer of $2 million from a certain individual to buy the RentersQ web based system, its technology and platform including the patent pending rights.

RentersQ (www.rentersq.com) was launched on May 1, 2007. It currently has over 320 registered user accounts and a few real estate property listings. There has never been any advertisement for RentersQ, thus all the users who come to RentersQ are based on search engine results.

Credit Reporting Companies

There are currently three major credit reporting agencies, TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian, as well as ChexSystem for banking reporting and CarFax for car history reporting. Like any other startups, these companies had to overcome their burdens in their startup years, and today, they are the dominant players in their industry, and so as RentersQ is hoping to be, someday.

Likewise, RentersQ aims to efficiently provide online rental history reporting for the real estate community, anywhere. It’s of the essence that the buyer is not making this offer to buy RentersQ based on its current valuation, but on its future valuation and unique usefulness.

The TopCAT Winners and Finalists came together last night, Wednesday, May 28th, at the lobby of the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease in Columbus, Ohio, for a great reception and networking.

RentersQ celebrated its one year anniversary on May 1st with an unexpected high growth of 310 registered users from around the world without advertising, with an average of 7,000 new visitors a day.

Its proprietary web-based rental history reporting platform is slowly but surely changing the residential rental community’s experience, around the world.

RentersQ Online Address Book and Calendar

When you log into the current RentersQ My Account site, you experience a rich collection of cool features and tools designed for anyone, both the tenants and landlords and property owners and managers.

There’re certain features such as the Profile, Blog, Forum and Bulletin pages that we’re yet to upload and we’re going to do this real soon, however, here at RentersQ, we’re constantly trying to add more useful tools that add great value for our users. Some of the cool features and tools that we’re currently working on are; the RentersQ Online Address Book and Calendar.

Since the RentersQ Record Database aims to maintain the largest database of all the tenants and landlords in the world, we’ve decided to make it even easier for our users to freely organize their contact information in order to better stay in touch with their friends, family members and business associates.

Because each RentersQ Record reflects precise and accurate contact information for each user in real-time, the RentersQ Online Address Book will aim to make it even easier for our users to always be able to instantly have access to correct and precise contact information for their friends, family members and business associates as reflected in each user’s RentersQ Record and RentersQ Profile.

RentersQ strongly adheres to strict privacy policies, thus users will be able to discretionary select and add each user whomever they want to be able to see and have access to their contact information in the RentersQ Online Address Book.

RentersQ users will be able to easily and selectively share and exchange their online address book and calendar only with users in their network.

We’re developing the RentersQ Online Address Book to integrate with the Outlook/Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, and Mac OS X’s Address Book, and support other available formats.

We’re looking forward to the debuting of the RentersQ Online Address Book sometimes in the middle of 2008.
