The Newly Upgraded RentersQ Rental Ratings and Research System

We were pleased to have unveiled our newly upgraded RentersQ Rental Ratings Platform, here is copy of our press release.

FOR IMMIDIATE RELEASE

COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 13, 2007 – In an effort to help apartment managers and property owners to critically improve their service, Tip-Mart, Inc. today unveils the newly upgraded RentersQ’s patent pending online rental ratings platform, the RentersQ Rental Ratings and Research System™.

As a property owner or manager; how do you actually know how your tenants feel about your service? How fast do you respond to your tenants’ maintenance repair requests? How do your tenants find your customer service, management style, behavior, attitude and conduct towards them? What do they actually say about you and your property to others who may be your future tenants?

Do you know that for everyone of your tenants, you either gain or lose five or more potential tenants? Believe it or not, the word of mouth, “Word of Mouth Marketing (WoMM)”, is one of the most effective and influential marketing tools anywhere. It is the passing of information by verbal communication and recommendation in a person-to-person manner. And in this case, it’s all about how they feel and what they say about you, your service and your property to others.

“In this fast increasingly competitive residential rental market, renters want to instantly know everything about the property and the landlord at the point of property search and prior to signing the lease agreement,” said company founder Simon. “It’s all about how tenants feel and what they say about you, your property and service.”

RentersQ operates the RentersQ Rental Ratings and Research System, an optional free online rating service for the rental housing market that collects feedback and reviews from current or former tenants for their landlords and properties, worldwide. Landlords around the world use the RentersQ Ratings System to intelligently analyze their tenants’ feedbacks, which in turn help them to improve their service.

The collected feedback rating is then instantly posted on the RentersQ’s landlord profile, so other potential tenants may see the feedback ratings during their rental property search on RentersQ and instantly learn more about the advantages or disadvantages of renting from that particular landlord or property.

“As a tenant, in order to rate your landlord, your landlord must first create a RentersQ Record™ for you, which details your rental history, and once you’ve searched and added your found RentersQ Record to your RentersQ account, RentersQ then automatically recognizes that agent or landlord, as your current or former landlord,” explained Simon. “And whenever you want to provide a rental feedback rating for your landlord, which takes less than two painlessly minutes to complete, RentersQ will allow you to rate that landlord one time only. Once you’ve submitted your feedback rating, it can never be retracted or changed at any time.”

“We have purposely designed the RentersQ Rental Ratings System in order to provide the most accurate and reliable ratings and feedback possible, provided only by real current or former tenants, anywhere.” Said Simon. For more information, visit the RentersQ Rental Ratings System.

How It Works – RentersQ Defined

To try out RentersQ in real-time in order to find out more how it works, go to the RentersQ Record Search, and in the search form, enter the following data in the appropriate search fields.

Please notice that, as far as we’re concerned, the following personal data and Record is not for a real person anywhere, but a sample RentersQ Record we’ve created for the sole purpose to demonstrate how RentersQ works.

First Name: Thomas
M.I: D
Last Name: Michael
Date of Birth: January 1, 1980
Mother’s Maiden Name: James
Current Address: 1234 Main Street
City: Columbus
State: Ohio
Zip Code: 43215
Country: United States
Gender: Male
Reason for Record Search: Select any
Verification Code: Enter exactly as shown

Then, click the “Search Record” button.

The next page, in order to view the Record you’ve just searched, it will ask you to login, so you will need to register with RentersQ – go ahead and register, it’s fast and free.

Register as either “Landlord” or “Both” (Tenant, Landlord and Business), and feel free to create a new RentersQ Record, and then try to search the Record you’ve just created, so you can experiment with the system to find out more how it works.

There’s more to what the RentersQ system does; for example, once you’ve created a new  Record, go ahead and logout, then on the top far right corner, click “Register” to go to the RentersQ User Registration Form and register as the tenant, whom you’ve just created a record for, here you have to use the exact data as you’ve entered during the creation of the Record, so that once you register with the system as a tenant, using the exact data as for the one you’ve used to create the Record, then login into the “My Account” page, and on the left menu, click on “View Record”, it will come up empty, until in the “search form” below that page, enter the exact same tenant’s data to search for the Record, here you are acting as the tenant searching for your own Record, and once you’ve entered the data in the fields as required and click ”Search Record”, if the system finds (matches), the data you’ve just entered with an existing Record, the system will display the Record found, and you as a tenant, you will be able to add that Record to your account, and from there on, your account will be associated with that Record, your Record as a tenant, unless you delete it.

Dispute Record

From there on, you can easily access your RentersQ Record data as a tenant anytime for free, look at it and if needed, request to dispute anything listed on your RentersQ Record by any landlord.

Dispute Record

Once you click submit to dispute whatever is listed on your Record that you don’t like or think is not true, that dispute data is instantly sent to the listing agent/landlord. The landlord will have 30 days to respond to that dispute request, and if the listing agent/landlord failed to respond to that dispute request, then the system automatically resets your feedback record to positive.

Randlord Ratings

As a tenant, you can also rate your current or former landlord anywhere, but only after you’ve searched, found, and added your RentersQ Record to your RentersQ account, and that means, once you add it to your account, then RentersQ recognizes that listing agent/landlord, who created that Record, as your landlord, and when you want to provide feedback rating for your landlord, the system will only allow you to rate that landlord, and it will only allows you to rate that landlord one time.

Landlord Ratings

If another landlord wants to create a new Record data for you, when the landlord enters personal data to create a new RentersQ Record, if the data entered matches data for an existing Record, then RentersQ will display the RentersQ Record found for that tenant, and it will allow that landlord to enter rental history and background data for that tenant on that Record and that would be numbered in order as entered. Any tenant can have any number of rental history data, based on how many times he/she has rented/leased anywhere, and if each landlord adds a Record to that Tenant’s record, his or her RentersQ Record can have as many Record credits as they are entered, but each rental record on any RentersQ Record Account automatically expires from the RentersQ Record Database after every seven years.

There is more other cool stuff that RentersQ does, feel free to browse around, and add all your properties for rent, lease or sale – it’s all free.

Tip-Mart Inc. Debuts RentersQ.com for Tenant Screening Reports and Landlord Ratings

COLUMBUS, Ohio — May 1, 2007 — /Xpress Press/ — In an effort to help apartment owners and property managers reduce the risk associated with leasing, Tip-Mart Inc. announces a free, patent pending screening system, RentersQ(TM) (www.rentersq.com ).

Completed by registered property managers, a RentersQ Record (TM) makes a tenant’s payment and maintenance history available online to prospective lessors. The information enables lessors to evaluate financial and property risk before signing an agreement. Landlords may assess tenants in several areas. For example, in addition to providing payment history, a landlord may evaluate a tenant on their housekeeping, sensitivity to other tenants (e.g. noise), compliance with rules such as smoking, keeping pets and more.

View a sample RentersQ Record at http://www.rentersq.com/sample/index.php.

After a RenterQ Record is completed, a predictive intelligence platform scores the data. The system rates the individual’s desirability as a tenant on a scale of zero to one hundred percent.

Once published, a RentersQ Record is available for seven years; individuals may dispute their RentersQ Record.

“Until now, the tenant screening process was handled by faxing paperwork back and forth between landlords or property owners. RentersQ eliminates the inefficiency and inconvenience of the leasing decision making process,” said company founder Simon Stanley. “For lessors with properties internationally, the system provides instant and inexpensive access to applicant information.”

Rental Ratings Community

In addition to serving lessors, the site offers a free online rating service where tenants rate their landlords. RentersQ Rental Ratings is a free community for the rental housing market that collects feedback and reviews landlords and property worldwide.

Tenants may share information about their landlords and provide a feedback rating. The rating alerts potential tenants to the advantages or disadvantages of renting or leasing a particular apartment or property such as: How fast a landlord responded to a tenants’ repair request, or how long it took to complete the request. Visit RentersQ at www.rentersq.com for more information.

RentersQ requires all its users to register and login to RentersQ in order to view any RentersQ Record. Registration with RentersQ is free. Every RentersQ Record Inquiry is stored for two years and any tenant may view his or her RentersQ Record and view a list of who has viewed his or her RentersQ Record.

RentersQ Referral Program

RentersQ.com enables any RentersQ member to refer other tenants to rent at any of the RentersQ Referral Program(TM) Participating Properties. When the property is leased, the referring parties share a success fee. The RentersQ referring member receives $200 when a tenant leases a property with a RentersQ Referral Program participating property. In addition to the referring individual receiving a success fee, the referring RentersQ Group Owner receives $25 and RentersQ receives $25. There are no property listing fees and no contracts. Visit RentersQ at www.rentersq.com for more information.
