RentersQ Record, Just Another System You Have To Worry About?
July 9, 2007
Okay, so you already have enough to worry about, in addition to what’s already happening in your daily life, and now you have to worry about another credit reporting system.
If you want to open a credit card or account at your local bank or store, then you have to worry about your credit report and scores by the big three; TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
And then if you want to open a new checking or savings account at your local bank, you have to worry about what’s listed about you in ChexSystems, which may prevent you from opening your new bank account.
And when you go to your local grocery store to buy some groceries, then you have to worry about if the check that you’re about to write to pay for your groceries will pass CheckCare. More and more stuff have been and are constantly being added, just to make your life more boring, yet miserable.
And now, here comes RentersQ, just another system to worry about when renting or leasing, any residential housing, anywhere.
All other reporting systems as noted above are not as detailed as RentersQ when coming to personal data reporting such as housekeeping habits, personality types and everything else on top of that.
So, what else is next? We’re not done yet, the most intriguing is yet to come, stay tuned…!

How have you set up the infrastructure to deal with FCRA issues? We’ve been doing battle with CRAs for a long time, and are amazed at how poor the CRAs (like ChexSystems) are at making sure data is accurate.
