MONA LISA WEBER OF HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA….This landlord gets the rent money on time every month. She refuses to fix things on the premises. Eight months ago a flood damaged a good amount of property that belonged to me and the family. She refuses to replace anything. She does patch up work for all repairs. I heard her say with my own ears while looking at her that she does not want to spend any money.
When she saw me looking she lowered her voice. She claims that she decided to sell the property as is, so she won’t have to fix anything.

1.) When it rained heavy and the ceiling would leak, she would just patch it up and spray some stuff over it. She would feed me a story that the insurance company would give her a hard time to fix it. I told her that if anything fell on I and my children there would accountability across the board. The following Tuesday there were roofers out. They patch the roof, but there are still huge water spots on the ceiling. Then they damaged my patio furniture. She gave me 15 minutes notice that they were coming.

2.) Don’t stick your hand down the sink to clean it the broken garbage disposal my dice your hand.

3.) There is a bar that separates two rooms. A water flood over six months ago rotted the wood.

4.) She refuses to put the fence up in the back yard. She does not want to pay permit fees to the city to put it up. There is no privacy and anyone can walk across the neighbor’s yard.

5.) There was a storage unit in the back. She tore most of it down and left the remains sticking out of the ground. No one could make use of the back yard because it was a hazard. A person would break their neck to walk back there.

6.) There were two leaks under the kitchen cabinet. Two handy men told her to tear that stuff out and fix it properly. She wanted us constantly monitor the leaks until she felt the need to come check on it.

7.) She would pay for landscaping just enough to cut the grass. The remains pile up so high, I have been afraid of garden snakes and rodents would find new homes in the yard.

8.) The apartment has termite wings. She is just clueless to the fact.

9.) She put a septic tank in so that she would not have to pay as much taxes to the city. She only has to dump it once every two years. It has been two years and she refuses to dump it. She says that there is nothing wrong with it.

10.) Something as simple as getting the proper screws for the medicine cabinet is too hard. Things must fit on one side. If you’re lucky.

This does not include about a $1,000.00 worth of damages due to her negligence of my personal stuff. Renters insurance does not cover property if things have not been properly maintenance. She displays my personal yet confidential business to others. The landlord and the other tenant/landlord’s best friend, has been coming up with ways to evict me and my family. The other tenant tells the landlord that it is my responsibility to fix things in the property. This is not a used car lot. I did not rent the place as is. To make things worse…..she is not only a landlord, she use to be a real estate agent. Within this last year she just got her brokers license. She is now a licensed real estate broker. Go figure. She acts like she does not know right from wrong. NOW THAT’S A PORK CHOP SLUM LORD. MONA LISA WEBER OF HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA!!!!!!
