We’ve heard your voices and feedback about our current rental ratings. So, we are doing something about it. Per your feedback and requests, we’re making it even easier for anyone to find rental ratings for any landlord or rental property, anywhere in the world.

Ratings Search

We’re also making it easier for tenants to easily search and find RentersQ’s landlord profiles, each with complete feedback ratings by his or her previous or current tenants, designed to enable future and prospective tenants to learn more about each landlord prior to signing the lease agreement.

Below is a screen shot for our new search results page. It briefly details each landlord’s name, location, (for security reason the actual address is omitted), landlord ratings and links to the landlord’s profile.

In doing this, we are making it even better and more convenient for the tenants to learn more about their prospective landlords, anywhere in the world, at the point of rental housing search.

We hope that the RentersQ Rental Ratings balances the equation. That’s, just as landlords screen tenants at the point of the leasing process, tenants will now also have a chance to screen landlords, at the point every rental housing search, anywhere.
